Sharing all the details during our chat is very important! It really helps in crafting your program to suit you best. Plus, I’ll have an intake form to make sure everything is tailored to you!

Nutrition coaching works to get you into peak performance for your goals, improve your diet, lose weight, manage health conditions through proper nutrition, and improve lifestyle habits.  Program length can range from a one-time session to over six months and often include weekly, biweekly, or monthly virtual sessions, meal suggestions and messaging to me between sessions.

Sessions can be arranged at your convenience.

While nutrition coaches may discuss supplements, it’s advisable to consult with your doctor first. This is particularly important to address potential interactions between prescribed drugs and any supplements you’re contemplating.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, kindly give a heads up with at least 48 hours’ notice. You can reach out via email at Jennifer@SeasonedIntentions.com or leave a voicemail or text message at (808) 214-4174. Services canceled with less than the required notice will not be refunded.
