My work grows from decades in culinary arts and foodservice wearing many hats, now combined with nutrition coaching education, where I weave flavor, function, and intention into solutions to support your life and your “why.” I want to help people thrive.
Since the early days of my education and cooking career, people approached me for guidance: how to cook and change recipes, which ingredients to use for health and healing, and how to support their bodies through allergies, intolerances, diagnoses, and transitions. I understand this personally as well. My own journey with food sensitivities, allergies, and fitness has taught me what it takes to build and refine health.
Through it all, I’ve learned that true health is about how we feed every part of our life. This is in part what inspires what I do today and enjoy the meaningful, experiences that bring people together to connect, learn, restore, inspire, and nourish connections.
